The candidates should produce the following documents at the time of joining.

1.Selection Committee order/D.G.H.S order / Allotment Order

2.Selection Committee Payment receipt

3.NEET Score Card& NEET Admit Card

4.+2 Mark Sheet ( Both sides) &+2 Exam Hall Ticket Xerox Copy ( Other than TN state Board students)

5.10th Mark Sheet ( Both sides) & Class XI mark sheet ( Both sides)

6.Transfer Certificate& Community Certificate(English Translation copy for All India Quota Students)

7.Birth Certificate

8.Nativity Certificate ( For Tamilnadu state Board students)

9.Eligibility Certificate & Migration Certificate ( For other than TN state board/CBSE/ICSE Board students)

10.First Graduate Concession Certificate if needed

11.Disabled Person category - Medical Board Certificate if needed

12.Special Category Certificate if needed

13.Income certificate if needed

14.Aadhar Card Xerox

15.Passport Size Photo - 11 Nos.

16.Folder for Keeping the Originals Certificates

17.Hepatitis-B vaccination certificate

Note: * All Candidates must bring 3 sets of Xerox copies for the above mentioned certificates (S.No.1 to 14)

** All Candidates must bring scanned PDF documents for above mentioned certificates (S.No.1 to 9)
